CoR signing =
This is variable per unit. The CoR is supposed to
serve the CO and can be appointed by the IH, a =
CO committee, or by other means selected by each CO.
When there is a CO internal FIGHT the DE or SE shall
turn to the IH. The IH thus is really the accountable =
CO person. This is kind of true, since the IH in your
Council's computer and reality are often disconnected.
I believe Our buddy KY-MikeW told us that the CoR =
is officially being phased out yet many CoR's will
still seem like IH's inspite of this phase out.
(Hopefully MikeW, BruceC, PaulW, SteveT, TonyM or =
(many others will correct me if I got my wires =
(crossed on what our Black Eagle wrote to Scouts-L

when they seem to be as strained as yours.
Work them like Steven described if you need to.

Some added ideas to add to Steven and Tony's
1>Invite the DE or the DC to bring over their
TV-Video machine and show some of the BSA tapes.
The DE or the DC might use the Order of the Arrow
guys so don't get concerned if they show up.

like you and I, so you as a Unit might have to
push them or even the SE/CE or CP to serve you.
