Behaviour Contract

We have had a relatively minor discipline problem that crops up
occassionaly in the den I work in. We have had many suggestions,
but one that intrigued us was a "rules contract".

This is a contract the boys would sign that list out the rules they
were expected to follow, the consequences and what they could
expect.

Has anyone used one of these? Is it possible to get a copy or
pointed to a URL that has a outline of sorts?
