Re: A total co-ed program on the horizon for BSA?

This is not the first time I heard this. A few years ago someone had
mentioned to me that approx. ten years ago a study was done to merge boy
scouts and girl scouts because "the rest of the wolrd already does". I
am not a world wide scouter and I don't even know everything that happens
in Pa. let alone the rest of the country...
Can someone shed some light.
Personally I do not agree with it but then again I am from the old
school.
