Recognitions

The question was asked - where do we draw the line on making recognitions?
Why draw a line? If a Scout has done something significant to him, his
school, his church, or his community, what does it cost to recognize him?
A little time. What does it gain? Respect, friendship, a sense of family
and caring, a gentle push in the right direction for him and others.
