Re: What's YOUR favorite summer camp?

Kenneth, I'm not sure how far out of council you are (where ARE you,
anyhow?) but our troop LOVES Camp Baker on the south central Oregon Coast.
There's dune diving, the Baker Games, boating, and quite possibly the most
friendly staff anywhere.
Second, Camp Meriwether in the Cascade Pacific Council. Nothing like waking
up in the morning looking out over the Pacific and the rising sun lighting
up the end of Cape Lookout, from an Adairondac, no less. It's one of the
great scout facilities.
We also like Baldwin (on Mount Hood, also in Cascade Pacific) as well as
Parsons, on the Olympic peninsula, west of Seattle, where you CAN watch the
submarines race!

Drove by Camp Buffalo Bill, just east of Yellowstone, which looked cool, tho
we have no experience there.
