A "uniform bank" is not an "organization". It's a box full of uniforms
you maintain within your own pack or troop. When I served as a
Scoutmaster, I often dropped into thrift stores looking for uniforms to
seed the "uniform bank". These uniforms are usually in very good
condition, since they're usually donated by families who aren't truly
committed to Scouting.
