Aims of Scouting Presentation

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I'm new to Scouts-L and this is my first posting besides my
indroduction, so please bear with me if I do something improper.

I'm putting together an Eagle ceremony for my son and we'd like to
devote a portion of the presentation to the Aims of Scouting. Does
anyone know a resource for a well written, 10 to 15 minute, reading /
presentation? I've struggled to write this up and decided this it was
time "know and use my resources" (SR-202) and give my brand new
Scouts-L subcription a try.

Seems like too few people understand the Scouting is "a game with a
purpose" and get too hung up on the game (advancement, camping) and
don't know or remember that that there are Aims beyond the Methods.
Seems like an Eagle ceremony would be a good time to educate and inspire
with a presentation of what Scouting is ultimately all about.
