After reading Shawn's posting I wish to second that.
The best DE our district has had worked tirelessly for us. Some times
things were forgotten, But he was topps, We let him know it also, one of
the best ways we found for doing that was to be top vollunteers.
Unfortunatly he had an innaproiate relationship with a vollunteer and our
whole district was made to suffer along with him as he was removed.
Things have worked out, We went from the active DE to The 'If I can do it
from my desk in council offices it might get done' We move on. We have
a new DE, an Eagle scout now adult, full of fire and vollenteerism. We
can only wait and see what time and fate has brought us. We can train
him right though.
