Re: September Magazines--Eagle Changes

HI all,

At our district committee meetling last week, we were handed an official
BSA document listing all the new changes in Tenderfoot, Second Class, and
First Class, as well as the new Eagle-required MBs. Of course, I left
this handout at the office. However, tomorrow, on this list, I will psot
a complete list of the new requirements for the lower ranks, and a
complete official list of the new required MBs. BTW, all changes take
effect on April 1, 1999. There is no menltion of January 1, 1999, in any
contedxt, as had been reported on this list several weeks ago.

Until tomorrow,

YiS,

Peter Farnham (and a good old Beaver, Too)
