Yep. Take a look at the Insignia site under "year pins" for more
information:

Basically, Scouters and Boy Scouts can wear service pins from their
year spent as a Tiger Cub and up to their four years spent as a
Cub/WEBELOS Cub Scout on their Boy Scout uniform.

The Tiger Cub pin has a orange backing; the Cub Scout pin has a
yellow backing and it's up to the Scout or Scouter to wear them or
not on their Scouter or Boy Scout uniform.
