Lori,
The JLT patch is listed under "Boy Scout Leader Recognitions" and has
the caption, "Junior leader training, cloth, No. 00096, Boy Scout, right
pocket; hat pin, No. 00089." from the 1997-1999 Insignia Guide. The
page does not say "Adult" Leader Recognitions although some may read
that in. It is a page for leader recognitions, both youth and adult.
You can order the patch or buy it at a Scout Shop. The price is $3.85
ea.
