Junior Leadership Training Patch

Hello Listers,
I am back from the Great Northwest (had a terrific time, thanks to
all of you Cascade Pacific Council folks that I met!) and already have a
question:
We did a great and very intense JLT (Junior Leadership Training)
with the boys in the troop on Sat. They all worked hard and the
presenters did a great job. They all more than earned the Trained patch for
their uniforms. We'd also like to present the JLT patch to them at the next
COH, as well as a certificate. My Question: The >old< Insignia Guide
(which I have) lists the JLT patch as a youth patch to be worn as a
temporary patch. Apparently the >new< Insignia Guide (which I do not have)
lists it as an adult patch only. Which is correct? Can these boys get the
JLT patch? If not, is there another patch that they can get?
