Cub Scout Leader Basic Training

The "four-hour" basic training syllabus has been out for a few years now.
We gave it a good try, going right by the book. We, the trainers, have
been unsatisfied, and feel that the trainees are left wanting. We want to
embellish the syllabus, and are wondering if any of you are already doing
so. If so, would you please send me your day's schedule, and any other
ideas you may have come up with?
