Advancement Changes Info Request

Folks on the list:
This is your resident dumb*** speaking....
I know that this has been posted many times before BUT as per usual, I
didn't save the messages. Where can I find the most complete listing of
BSA advancement changes....also any BSA Policy/Program changes. Im' doing
a program at RT on the changes so would also like any input from you RT
commishes or any other scouters who might have such stuff!
As I said, I know this has been a continuing thread for some time and I'm
not trying to get it started again.....so please just mail me personally.
I'm sure most are tired of reading it.
