Webelos Woods

I need some assistance please. I have gone to the SCOUTS-L archives =
(first 15 messages is all I was able to access) as a resource. I have =
the BSA Webelos Woods publication. What I need are some real-life "this =
is how we did it!" ideas on how to chair such an event. Past chairmen =
here in my district have not shared their resources and are not willing =
to get involved in the project once again by offering assistance. We =
all are wearing multiple hats and I guess they have reached their limit!
I would like to compile Webelos Woods resources, use the info this year =
(October is the event and still no committed chairman) to find a =
chairman and have the information available for the future chairmen.=20
Can anyone lend a hand?
