The only incorporated committees I have ever heard of are a few units
that don't have a "real" chartered organization, so are chartered to
"Friends of Troop XX."
However, from experience with another organization, I've heard that
in some cases incorporating can actually increase, not decrease, your
liability. (Especially if you are an officer of the corporation, if my
memory serves me correctly.) Any input from Jim Moss or some of our
other legal eagles?
