I feel that although it is important to be familiar with the guidelines
and rules, when you are talking about hazing or similar stuff like sexual
harrassment, the behavior that crosses the line is often *in the eye of
the beholder*.............if someone, adult or child says NO or STOP or I
don't want to..........we MUST stop and hear them...............and
consider what it is we are really trying to accomplish........
