What you're looking for is called "Lessons from Geese" and can be found

It was first transcribed from a speech given by Angeles Arrien at the
1991 Organizational Development Network and was based on the work of
Milton Olsen. It circulated to Outward Bound staff throughout the US. We
share it here with the Scouting community hoping that we can all learn
these powerful lessons.
Somehow hunting geese will never be the same.
