"Taxes & Scouting" is an excellent paper, I distribute it to all our leaders
annually. Just one update, though. Per IRS publication 553, here are the
mileage rates:

volunteer business moving/medical
For tax year 1997 12" 31-1/2" 10"
For tax year 1998 14" 32-1/2" 10"
