Hi CA-LarryT,
I am in favor of ONLY the B-P award
as the recognition item.
I understand totally were you are coming from YET
let me challenge your troop.
PL is a Patrol Leader. =
Two words that signify a patrol and leadership.
An Inseparable title.
If the Patrol Adults, ASM's, Patrol Guides, SM,
whatever, chip in the good PL will accomplish
a great Patrol consisting of all members who =
will wear the award. What a tribute that will
want to be repeated by the next scout who wants
to be a PL of that patrol and also win his =
Patrol's allegiance. NEAT!! IMHO!!
