our Council already requires Tour Permits for all hikes, and overnights,
and also for any Troop activity.............it's a way of making sure
that the insurance will cover us if something
happens..................ssometimes we do neglect to do one for a single
day time family type event, but not when it is the Scouts on their own
(with appropriate adult leadership).
