Stained Glass Eagle Medal

I have been asked by the district to find someone to make a stained
glass Eagle Medal for use at Eagle ceremonies. It will need to be
approximately 4 feet tall. I was hoping to find someone on this list that
could make it. Since I live in an area where several Scouters are Delta
Airline employees, flying out to pick it up is not a problem.
If anyone here can help with this please e-mail me for more details.
