On 8/6/98 Frank Dix retired Scout Exec. age 90 passed away.
I am sure many on this list or many of our fathers were touched in some =
way by this model Scouter. He worked for over 44 years with the BSA. =
In 1925 he earned his Eagle badge. He worked in Councils from Florida =
to California.
Private burial service Wed. 8/12/98 in Lena Cemetery, Leake County, MS.
