New Requirements

I like many others have been following very closley the thread on the new
Eagle Requirements.
After all my son now has thirty and still needs to finish Personal
management and his project. This information has been crucial in getting
him moving, we did not find out about the changes to personal management
in time to avoid having to use the new requirements. Now he is looking
at the possibility of having to earn personal fitness also, that has
helped to get him going.
As an ASM I also need to look at the new scouits, we have two patrols
that crossed ofer last spring, For those that made it to summer camp most
only need to complete the ten troop activities, and a couple of odds and
ends.
Will there be a grace period for these boys?, Will it also expire on
March 31?
