My son rejoiced when he heard that Personal Fitness was becoming a required
MB and that Safety was being dropped. He's already decided to use the new
guidelines. In his not-so-humble opinion - Personal Fitness is _way_
easier and makes more sense. Of course, he doesn't have either one...
A moment to rejoice though. Last night, he finally did his last
requirements on Environmental Science and Citizenship in the Nation. He
wrote a letter to our Senator about simulated bombing flights over
Philmont. That is one good thing about this controversy - it sure gives
our Scouts something to write their representatives about!
