Advancement Pages updated

I've updated a few pages, and added some new ones on the US Scouting
Service Project web site, including pages for all the "Special
Opportunities" in the back of the Requirements Book.
Point your browser to http://www.usscouts.org/advance/index.html and
take a look. I've also added a Table of Contents page for the
advancement area at http://www.usscouts.org/advance/contents.html
listing the nearly 200 Advancement and Merit Badge pages currently on
the site.
If you have any comments, corrections, or criticisms, or see the need
for any other advancement pages, please let me know.
As soon as the new Wolf & Bear books hit the shelves here in Cleveland,
I'll review them and post any changes to the Cub Advancement pages.
