Should ASM's vote

You really need to get other people on your Boards of Review. ASM's
should not sit on the Boards. They are the ones working with the boys
on their advancement. They know the boys' abilities too well. If you
cannot get enough troop parents to sit on the Board, recruit others from
the community, someone from you Charter Organization, or a local pastor,
or a friend from work, or even an enemy from work. Somebody besides the
ASM's.
