Maybe I didn't word it well. Te camp does not have the equipment for
demonstration purposes etc., therefore in the past they accepted the "Red
Cards". In the future they will only accept Red Cross/Am. Heart assn etc.
for the requirement. If you do not have it it wil require you to take a
partial and demonstrate (after camp is complete and you are home) the CPR
portion to a Merit Badge counselor that has the equipment. There were no
added requirements. Just a tightening of what they would accept in leiu of
being able to demonstrate the requirement in camp due to not having the
equipment.
