And please remember that WEBELOS are CUB SCOUTS, as in "WEBELOS CUB
SCOUTS" (even the BSA forgets sometimes; they refer to them as
"WEBELOS SCOUTS" in several pieces of literature).

If that is so, then I must change my 40 year old memory of my Cub Scouting
days! As I remember, the " WBLS" rank requirements were in the back of my
Lion book. The "WBLS" stood for Wolf-Bear-Lion-Scout, and the WBLS
requirements were completed while attending a Boy Scout meeting. Help me
refresh my memory. Thanks
