Tabulating private and group responses to my hazing question
93% were opposed to singing to recover a lost item
06% were in favor of singing to recover a lost object with
qualifications
<01% were in favor of singing to recover lost objects all the
time
I started this thread because this was common practice at the
camp my troop attended this summer. We do not do this in my
troop. I do not see a problem with this practice as long as the
scout is willing many enjoy the opportunity and this would be
known at a troop level. At a summer camp this is inappropriate
behavior.
