FW: merit badge counselors

That's just it, though...there is NO "normal $7 adult registration fee for
MB counselors". None, nada, nyet, Nein, zip, zilch...MB Counselors ARE NOT
required to pay the regisration fee. If they are registered as BSA adult
leaders, then that's another story, and are required to pay the registration
fee for THAT position.

Who is assessing this fee on MB counselors, the Council Office? I think you
need to have a talk with someone up there.
