Is our Troop strange in that there's no need for punishment?
And if there is punishment, what offenses are there that are punishable?
Who does it? Is the Scoutmaster running the Troop? Is he controlling it?
Is he CONTROLLING it? Is it boy led? Are the boys meting out "punishments"?
Punishment for forgetting how to tie a square knot? I don't get it.
