Linda, I think I see part one of your problem...he's probably some macho
jerk who is jealous because he has to leave for work a few times and you
were at camp all week, plus you are a female leader. Some dorks have a
real problem with that. If the boys want to transfer, let them. If his
troop fails, let him explain it to the D.E. It sounds like he needs to
retire and let one of the SA's take over.
