Patrol Patches

Looking for a reliable resource to use to have a Patrol patch made. My

Our guys are the "Bart" Patrol. (As in Bart Simpson) I know, thats
weird, but that's what they chose. What they did is got the blank
patrol patch and then bought a pair of boxer shorts that had a bunch of
pictures of Bart on them and cut them out and sewed them on the patrol
patch with a large zig zag stitch. For their patrol flag, they found a
pillow case with his picture on it and added the troop information to
the pillow case.
With the many designs that boxers & neckties come in now, I'm sure many
patrols could find a design to put on a patrol patch.
As you may have guessed, their patrol yell is "Don't Have a Cow Man!!"
