Re: Scouts Calling Home From Camp

G. John Marmet (GMarmet@AOL.COM)
Thu, 16 Jul 1998 19:29:20 EDT

In a message dated 98-07-16 19:25:09 EDT, you write:

<< Any thoughts on my ideas about the call home??? >>

Every mom (or dad) should expect to have their son write home at least once
during camp, and every SM should do his best to encourage that. You should
have done your part by supplying said Scout with the post paid cards or
envelopes for him to use. At least that's my opinion. As to a phone call- I
guess I favor an obligation to write, but not one to call.
