Allow Me to Introduce Myself...

S. Brian Suddeth (Brian@SUDDETH.COM)
Thu, 16 Jul 1998 14:47:31 -0400

Greetings all!

I started on this list a few weeks ago, and have posted a few items
since. I've now discovered that one of the NETIQUETTE items is that we
are requested to introduce ourselves when we subscribe. I shall now do
so. Responses (if any) should be mailed directly to me, rather than
posted to the list.

My name is Brian Suddeth as you might gather from my e-mail address. I
am in the Patuxent District of the National Capital Area Council near
Washington, DC. While I serve in a number of positions, my most
fulfilling duties are as Dad and Akela for two fine boys (a Bear, and a
Tiger2B).

My history in Scouting covers 26 years, but as a Cub Scout leader, I'm a
newbie of only 2 years:

Cub Scout from Wolf to Webelos 1 1967-70
Explorer Scout in Posts for Law Enforcement and Science & Technology
from 1976-81
Awards Chairman for National Explorer Olympics 1980
Youth Member of National Exploring Training Team 1978-1981
Associate Advisor & Committee Member for Explorer Post 1275 at NASA GSFC
in Greenbelt, MD 1981-Current
Tiger Coach for Pack 1046 NCAC 1996-1997
Cubmaster for Pack 1046, Kenilworth Elementry School, Bowie, MD
1997-Current
Patuxent District Cub Roundtable Staff 1997-Current
Patuxent District WWW Webmaster 1998-Current --
http://www.bsa.net/md/patuxent/
Volunteer for most any event...

I hope I occasionally make an interesting comment worthy of your
attention. I've already been delighted with many messages I've seen
here. Thank you all for participating in this E-Roundtable! I'm glad
to be among you!
