I agree that getting the check book back should be of top priority, you
may want to get a hold of a lawyer, a few years back our Pack did that
for someone who skipped out with a large popcorn order unpaid for, the
Pack found a lawyer who type up a letter (for free) and sent it to the
person who promptly paid up!
