Oh, dear. Me and my dumb questions.
George is registered as an MC. But George prefers doing ASM, so he
functions as an ASM -- goes hiking, camping, etc with the Scouts and is
treated as an ASM by the Scouts.
Now Joey Scout comes up for a BOR, and George sits on it.
I don't believe that the fact that George's registration and position
patch say MC is going to increase Joey's openness and candor.
If the object is to get a triad of outsiders to review the program, then
don't they have to BE outsiders, not someone the boys see once a week and
twice on weekends?
