Eagle Scout

Hello Folks,
I am a life scout and will be soon working on my Eagle Project. I
have some good ideas for projects in mind... but I am going to ask for
help from the list before I begin to narrow down my choices.

Does anyone have any tips, pointers, and suggestions on handling the
troop committee, scoutmaster, district, and the paperwork involved in my
eagle project.
Any tips on how to organize your paperwork, records, etc.

I am hoping to hear any stories relating to eagle projects in the hopes
that your ideas and stories can give me insight into matters I have not
begun to consider.

Also, can anyone please tell me what they did for their eagle projects.
