I'm also very happy to mention that Paul Rogers of Troop 30 in Newark Valley,
NY, earned fifteen palms and wears five silver palms on his Eagle Medal. He
earned a total of 100 merit badges and the Hornaday Silver Medal.
After graduating from high school in 1996, Paul entered the Computer Science
department of Binghamton University. He completed his BS in two years and will
begin working on his master's degree in the fall (also at Binghamton
University).
His mother and I are quite proud of his achievements.
