A boy oriented discusion group

Does anyone out there know if there is a discussion group out there like
Scouts-l but is created for the youth of scouting? Sort of like a never-
ending Patrol Leader's council meeting. If there isn't I hope that someone
creates one. The topics discussed here sometimes are of no interest to boys
and a group that discusses problems ideas and other issues that a PLC might
encouter would be of great use to the youth of scouting.
Thanks
