Injured Scout @ Camp

I have 1 15 yo Star scout SPL who has injured his left arm (internal).
His physician says he will not be able to complete the req. for BSA
Lifeguard at camp in August.(had his heart set on it)

Looking for ideas on what he could do for afternoon activities. This is
his 3 year at camp.
