I can't bear it! (Neckerchief Fabric, where?)

Two bears are playing golf. The first bear is complaining that he keeps
loosing balls. The second bear says to his friend, "you need to get a ball
like mine. If it lands in the rough, it beeps until I find it. If it lands
in under a bush, it flashes a light. If it lands in the water, a sail pops
out and the ball floats back to me." I need a ball like that says the first
bear, where did you get it? I found it, claims the second bear!
Hey the bear jokes are starting to come in, thanks and keep them coming.
Anyone have elephant jokes?
Anyway, we are looking to save a couple bucks on our neckerchiefs, we found
someone who will make them for us at $20 an hour but we have to provide the
fabric. Does anyone sell fabric at a discount? Can you mail order this
stuff?
