Activities while Backpacking

Our troop has been hiking (backpacking) to our week long camp for what will be
twelve years in a row this July-August ( the hike is completely volunatary) I
was wondering if any troops have any ideas or activities (such as a Scavenger
Hunt) that could be done along the trail. This is forested land, dirt roads,
few paved roads, mult-use property. Please email me off list.
