To my knowledge, a Troop chaplain does not have to be ordained; only over
17. I am our Troop chaplain, and I am not ordained. I am a rabble rouser,
sometime comedian, and occasional lay leader - means I shoot my mouth off in
public. I am Methodist; my troop meets at and is chartered by my church.
