How about a Scouters' Training Award knot? The Scouters' Training Award can
be earned by Assistant Scoutmasters, among other Boy Scouters.

You have to earn it. There's a picture of one at the following site, and if
you click on "Assistant Scoutmasters", it'll take you to another site with
the requirements that you need to complete to earn the Award and to wear the
knot on your shirt.
Remember, the knot's only as good as the training you're completed and the
things you've done to get it!!
Good luck!
