Re: Adobe PDF Writer Program

I would have purchased this product at the time but I opted for Adobe
Acrobat 3.0.
Yes, it is expensive $200 plus. However, my college student wife was
able to purchase the Academic version from her college bookstore for
$49.95 plus tax. This is a great source for qualified purchases to
obtain legitimate Academic Version software.

For $20 more, this suite contains Adobe Distiller enabling you to
convert word
processing documents to pdf files to be read with Adobe Reader by
others,
Adobe Capture enabling you to alter material scanned in Adobe Exchange,
and
Adobe Exchange which allows you to create a pdf document, scan a form,
alter, and create a fill-in form from the new pdf document OR an
existing pdf document. Yes, it is powerful. I have had great fun with
it. See my example at
http://www.bsa.net/la/t230/chitadv.htm and then to Merit Badge Counselor

Application Information form No. 34405
http://www.bsa.net/la/t230/mdappl2.pdf which can be then printed,
printed and faxed, or e-mailed (attached file).

Hope this helps.
