Requesting a budget for RT is certainly legitimate, IMHO. Getting the
request granted may never happen, but that does not negate the
legitimacy of the request.
Another possible place to make copies of announcements, programs, etc.
is at your District Chairman's place of business. My District Chairman
invites us to come into his office to make copies of materials
concerning District events. It never hurts to ask, the worst that can
happen is status quo!
I am not too far from the Council Service Center and also ask my DE to
have copies of some things made there.
