Where his actions Scout Like? Where his actions such that he would
represent what Scouting stands for? Would the act of nominating him for a
medal alleviate issues of the track coach. Would the nomination inspire
more kids to be Scout like. Would the nomination inspire more kids to
maintain both Scouting along with high school sporting activities.
Just some questions.
