Sorry to be so late to the dialogue but my mail was slow. You made a
statement that the adult was fluent. Look here first. What defines
his/her fluency? My wife wears the Espanol interpret strip but no one at
council has ever tested her. Reason, she is a Bi-lingual elemtery
teacher who has be certified by the state. She is also one of the
Spanish language interpreters for one of our church Conferene Boards
that works with Churches in Mexico where they speak (Surprise) Espanol.
If you can find work-related or voleenter-related proof, you got it.
